Refund policy

At HeatNestCo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not working upon arrival.

If you need an exchange, contact us first and we will guide you through the process.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
